Yes I called her Mom. Even though I wasen't her son by birth, I was still her son. and she made me know that. If I said something wrong she would give me that eye to let me know thats not right, and to correct it. Whenever I was sick she would call me and say Bro. Ronnie are you ok. Just remember that God is on the Thrown and you will be ok. I've been Praying for you, and you have nothing to worry about, as long as you keep your Faith. Her Deacon, and myself would all climb into the car, and go places like to the park. Out to get something to eat. Or even just to Church, and she would say as she sat in the back all by her self or with sis Jackie Peck, and she would say look at my two big boys sittin up there. as only as she could say it, and Deacon Keith would look at me, and I him and we would both just smile. She Loved everyone so much, and everyone Loved her as well. She always had a kind word for everything, and everybody. Yes she was truly Mom. I miss her so much, and Gary I'm so sorry I couldn't be at the Service, but I was in the Hospital myself, and it bothered me so much that I couldn't be there to see mama home. I am so sorry for your loss, and if ever you need me to do anything Please don't wait to call. Call me anytime you want to my Brother. God Bless You, and the kids. Love ya all.

Tyler/Hamilton Family - Sis. Rosetta was a special lady that always carried herself with the joy of the Lord reflected in her smile and with gentle spoken words. I met Rosetta during a Guatemala Missionary trip three years ago....she leaves me with wonderful memories of her sweet spirit. She will be missed by all at GCIC. May all that knew Rosetta find comfort in the peace in which she rests.

K, Craig and I wanted you to know that you and the family are in our thoughts and prayers at this time. We would just like to say hold on to the memories of your mother's life and not those of death. It is those memories that will get you through this. Be encouraged and continue to trust God. Know that God loves you so much and He will give you the strength you need to get through each day.
"And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Phillipans 4:7.

What a privilege to know Sister Rosetta. My family and I are saddened and miss her fellowship in the natural but we rejoice because she ran her race so gracefully and is now in Jesus' loving arms. She was a woman of purpose, and through God's grace, a woman of strength. Proverbs 6 teaches us that "the memory of the righteous is blessed" and what a blessing it is to have known a woman of character like Sister Rosetta. Thank you Lord for the memories we have of her.

I wa so sorry to read of your mother's death. I worked with her in the Simsbury group home. She was such a kind and good person, especially with the clients. There was a client there who would say "you're so cute--Rosetti". Again my thoughts are with all of you at this time of sorrow. Trudy Barnard
