Toporsh, Verna M. (Nee Wachowiak) Born to Eternal Life Dec. 23, 2010, at the age of 88 yrs. Dear Wife of Raymond for 68 years. Cherished mother of Thomas, Nancy (Michael) Galaszewski and the late Sharon Paul. Special sister of Helen (Robert) Toporsh, Phyllis (Leroy) Weller, Rose (the late Gerald) Petrykowski, Ben (Fran) Wachowiak and both the late Bud and Walter. Dear sister-in-law of Robert (who was like a son to her) (Helen) Toporsh, Rudy (Edna) Toporsh and the late Edward Toporsh. Beloved grandma of Michelle and Renee. Also grandma of Sandi, Jeff, Patty and Chris. Special aunt to Karen, Peter, Terri, Sandra, Michael, Ed Jr., Patty, Barb, Kathy and Sue. Great-grandma to 15. She will also be missed by many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and other dear friends. Special thanks to all the doctors and nurses at St. Luke's NSICU and the 10th floor Knisley staff for their outstanding care. Memorials to the St. Jude Childrens Hospital would be appreciated. Funeral Tuesday, Dec. 28, at 11:30 AM from the Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 12:00 noon, at the BASILICA OF ST. JOSAPHAT, 601 W. Lincoln Ave. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday at the Funeral Home 9:00-11:30 AM. ROZGA FUNERAL HOME & Cremation Services 703 W. Lincoln Ave. 414/671-5200
