I just learned of Jacks passing. I shared an office with Jack many years ago in Brookfield. He was always so kind and thoughtful and willing to help anyone. It was a pleasure working with him at Essex Wire and playing golf with him at Cheniqua Contry Club.

I am saddened to hear of your Dad's passing, John. I met him recently during a tour of Saint John's Home. He noticed my name tag, and of course we struck up a great conversation about the coincidence. I told him I had met you while you were attending the Cathedral a couple of years ago. I hope you're doing well. My condolences to you and your family.

Jack was a genuine human being and a warm gentle
man with a deep love of life and his family. He was
also always a loyal friend and confidante to those of us who were fortunate to be a friend. As with other
friends, I will greatly miss his presence and will always treasure my fond memories of "a cup of
coffee and some apple pie" and enjoyable discussions over both with Jack. Our deepest sympathy to his beloved Judy and family. Bill and

Adjusting to life's losses, that we know are coming,is so tiring. Thinking of the entire Hughes family. Remembering many fun and funny events.
So glad to have been a part of it!
