Dear Barbara,
We want to express our sympathy to you and your family. It was wonderful to work with Ron. He always had something nice to say to the girls in the office and was a great asset to our company. May our happy memories of Ron help ease your sadness.

Dear Barbara and family,
So sorry to hear about Ron. I have so many great memories growing up in Ashland Wisconsin when you use to come visit us at mom and dad's(Ernie and Lois Spangle) and hanging out with Blanie, Mark and Deb. The good times at Uncle Clints cabin and so many more with Uncle John and my wonderful Granny who I still miss so much. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
Love Lana Gilbreaith( Spangle)

Hello Hackbarth Family,
I absolutely loved living next to Barb and Ron for the past two years, since I've been here at Sunlake.
I loved it when Ron would crack wise and I'd look at him quickly and he would have an impish smile and a sparkle in his eye. He was having a good time at my expense, but I didn't care. He made me laugh too!
Ron drove Barb and I to Russell Stover outlet to show me where it was. As we left the store, he joked around about how much chocolate they bought and said, "Well, Dilly, now you know where our Social Security check went." We all laughed.
I would love to sit there and listen to them both tell me about all the things they did, the places they visited. But as is the way with all of us, sometimes they remembered it a bit different than their spouse. And they would start bantering back and forth until one of them said, "Oh yes, you're right." It would remind me of the song "I remember it well" from the movie "Gigi". I think Maurice Chauvelier sang it. It would make me smile.
I miss them both very much and I miss My Barbara Hugs but I am so happy that they went back to Wisconsin when they did. It was meant to be. And just because they are out of my sight does not mean they are out of my heart. That's for sure!
My condolences to all of you, especially to Barbara; you're a great and loving family. God Bless You!
