Carol made every visit to the farm and the lake so inviting when I was growing up as a kid. She will always be a real mentor to me. LOVE Kevin Hackelberg

You were such a funny and great Aunt. You tried to teach me a few things about life and while I didn't always listen to reason I did always love the talks. My pants no longer "hang down to my knees" and I believe that I have become a more socially acceptable person thanks to you. I will certainly miss our talks.
