Joel, my friend,my classmate... My memories of you are great ones, you really did have a gift for making people laugh... Always there with a smile and a funny joke ;) Never told you this but I always admired how you could look at the brighter side of things and not let ANYBODY ruin your day or bring you down. I will def miss running into you at QT every now and again :( You really made this world a better place with your happy go lucky attitude, and I know you, your son and your family are forever in my prayers... R.I.P. Joel I will never forget you and Your passing def opens my eyes even wider to the fact that everyday on this earth is a blessing that Ill never take for granted... A little of you will live on in so many of us. We'll always remember you, and never forget that big ole grin and that loud loud laugh ;) Love ya buddy, XOXOXOXO

Yes, Joel was always smiling. I hadn't seen him in awhile, but he spent many evenings in our home, always in a good mood....I'm very sorry he's passed away. My heart goes out to his loved ones. Go with God, Joel.

I am so sorry to the family for such a tragic loss. Joel was a good "kid" and from what I hear... an even better father. My thoughts and prayers are with Joel's entire family, especially noel. I hope that god gives you the strength to make it through, and celebrate his life and not his passing. Prayers to the family...

Our thoughts and prayers are with Joel's family and friends during this time of sadness. We were shocked to hear of his passing. He was a great neighbor and will be missed by all of us. We had fun keeping each other informed of the neighborhood news. He was so proud of his little man! May God be with you during this difficult time.

My heart cannot begin to express my deepest sympathy. Joel was a fellow student and an awesome person. He had a heart much bigger than most and was always making people laugh. He loved kids, was an excellent father, and talked often of his son and family, he will be greatly missed. May god be with you in such a sad time.
