Judy Howard Obituary

KINSTON | Judy Sanderson Howard, 71, of Kinston, N.C., died Thursday, March 16, 2017, at UNC Lenoir Health Care. Mrs. Howard was preceded in death by her brother, Haywood Sanderson. She is survived by her daughter, Mary F. Councilman and finance David Clayton, of Seven Springs; two grandchildren, Alex Councilman and Lukas Councilman; sister, Yvonne Jones and husband Lewis, of La Grange; and three special aunts, Edna Ellis, Verchie Vick and O'Neal Foster. Visitation will be held from 11 am to noon, Monday, March 20, 2017, at Tanglewood Church of God. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 p.m. with tge Reverends Allen Stocks and Andrew Shue officiating. Burial will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park. Online condolences may be sent to howardandcarter.com. Howard-Carter Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Mary you and the boys are in our prayers. I pray you all will have peace, comfort and strength in the coming days and months. Your mom was such a sweet lady and enjoyed being involved with the boys!
