Edward Dumire Obituary
CARROLL: Edward A. Dumire, 71 of Carroll, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2011 at Rockmill Rehabilitation Centre. He was born October 8, 1939 in Parsons WV to the late Hugh and Eva Dumire.
He was the former owner of Dumire and Son Tractor Repair. He was a member of the Carroll Senior Citizens.
He is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Mary Dumire; grandchildren, Micah and Marcus Dumire , all of Lancaster; special friend, Martin Dale of Seymour IL. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Ann Dumire.
Caring cremation has taken place by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME and CREMATORY. The family would like to send special thanks to the staff of Rockmill Rehabilitation Centre and Dr Varney for the wonderful care they provided to Edward.
Memorials may be given in Edwards name to the Rockmill Rehabilitation Centre Palliative Care Unit, 3680 Dolson Ct. NW, Carroll OH 43112.

I am deeply saddened to hear of my former Father in Law's passing. His Grandchildren, Traviss and Holly Smelser are grieving his loss, and loved him very much. I spoke to their mother (Ed's daughter) Marsha (Dumire) Chambers who is also affected deeply by this loss. All the tractors in heaven are running a little better today.
