Jerry L. (Butch) Littrell

LANCASTER: Jerry L. (Butch) Littrell, 71, of Lancaster, OH ended his long, hard and courageous battle and passed away peacefully at the Fairfield Medical Center with family and friends among him on October 16, 2011.

He was born on January 19, 1940 in Lancaster, OH. Butch served in the United States Marine Corp as a sergeant from 1957 to 1960. He was an electrician for over 30 years and owned and operated the B & B Electric Co. in Lancaster. He enjoyed horse racing and shooting pool.

Butch is survived by his loving wife of 34 years,Lillian Littrell; his children, Holly Littrell, Tony Littrell, Lorie (Copen) Buehler and Tammy Copen all of Lancaster; his sisters, Tiny Littrell of Lancaster and Sandy Aucreman of Rockbridge; several wonderful grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, and two very special great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Russell and Lillian Littrell; his son, Terry Bussard; brothers, George, Russell "Bunk" Jr., Larry, Harry, Donald; and sister Barbara Dennis.

Arrangements are being handled by the Ohio Cremation and Memorial Society. (www.ohiocremation.org) There will be no memorial service at his request.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society at 870 Michigan Ave., Columbus, OH 43215, or the charity of your choice in his name.

Butch will always be in my heart mostly due to the amount of money he got from me across the pool table. He was a great guy that did a lot for so many if they needed help. So sorry for your loss.
