Hillson, Muriel Millard
July 9, 1919 - October 13, 2010
Born Richmond Hill, Queens, New York, to George Millard and Sadie Millard (nee Mayers). Resided in Whittier, California. Passed away peacefully October 13, 2010 in Whittier, California, and resided in Whittier since 1950. She was loving wife to Arthur L. Hillson (of Whittier), and beloved mother to D. Ellen Jordan (nee Hillson), Susan Hillson, niece, Billie Anne Berridge (nee Jennings), and granddaughter, Blanca Jordan. Preceded in death by her brother, Bertram and sister, Claire. Muriel was devoted to her family, was secretary of the Whittier Friends of the Library for more than 30 years, active in the League of Women Voters, loved travel and the arts, and was an avid reader and bridge player.
