Norma Wilbur Obituary

November 7, 1936 - August 3, 2013
Gaynell passed away from cancer peacefully at her home in Palm Desert surrounded by her family. Gaynell was the beautiful, loving daughter of Ed & Nellie May Siefker; sister to Harold, Andy, Joan, Max, and David. She traveled extensively with the U.S. Embassy as a secretary with the foreign service. She loved this career and only ended it when she met and married George P. Wilbur, Hollywood stuntman, of Kent, CT. She had 2 daughters, Leigh & Gena, who were the loves of her life. When they were old enough Gaynell went into real estate to become one of the most successful agents in the San Fernando Valley. After retiring, she moved to Sun City Palm Desert where her days were filled with playing bridge, parties, and travel.
Service will be held at Pierce Bros. Valley Oaks Aug. 9, 2013 at 2:00 PM.

My dear precious Gaynell may you rest in peace and the glory of our Father forever. You are now with God and all of your precious family that have gone before you. I will always remember our times together starting when we were just young girls. I love you so very much. Your cousin, Mary Anne

If this is a sister to the Max Siefker who has or has had a home in Cathedral City for years and a daughter named Tanya, then this message is for you. How I know your name, is through meeting your wife and daughter at the Kingdom Hall many years ago. I am sorry for your loss and hope that your family, friends and faith see you through this difficult time. Please say Hello to your wife and daughter, send my regards to them as well.
