Jack Bernal Obituary

Jack Bernal went to be with his Heavenly Father on Feb. 18, 2012. His passing was with his loving family at his side. Jack was born on Oct. 29, 1925, in Las Cruces, N.M. He was preceded in death by his mother, Minnie Sánchez, in-laws, Dolores Talamantes and Rosa Talamantes, and son-in-law, Mac McGrady. He is survived by his wife, Dolores Bernal; daughters, Rosie McGrady, Mary Keene (Tom), Helen Stelzener and son Joseph Bernal; brother, Frank Sánchez (Patsi) and sister Adela Sánchez; many loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Memorial mass will be held at St. Genieve's Catholic Church at 10 a.m. with internment of his ashes at San Jose Cemetery.
