Margaret passed away on Friday, July 12, 2013 surrounded by her family. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Emil, parents Thomas and Maria Silbernagel, sisters Rose Levasseur and Clara Silbernagel and brothers John and Henry Silbernagel. She is survived by her children Elnora (Dick) Lamb, Regina; Eric (Hilda) Silbernagel, Regina; Irene (Alberto) Piva, Leduc, Alta; Doris (Ed) McCoy, Lindsay, Ok. USA; Kenneth (Jayde) Strasser, Standard, Alta; Sandy (Stew) Pasker, Regina; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Margaret was born in Biggar, Sask. on May 19, 1927 and received her education in Biggar, Sask. She was employed at Biggar Hospital from 1942-1946. In 1946 she was employed as a Practical Nurse in Middlechurch, Man. In 1947 she joined the Lutheran Church by affirmation of faith at Selkirk, Man. Margaret moved to Regina in 1950 and was employed as a Nurse's Aide at Regina Pioneer Village from 1972-1983. Margaret was a firm believer in prayer throughout her life. Viewing for family and friends at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, July 18, 2013, Lee Funeral Home 3101 Dewdney Ave. Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 19, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Olive Lutheran Church 2015 4th Ave. N. Regina, Sk. with Rev. Ted Giese presiding. Interment at Regina Memorial Gardens, Highway #1 E. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mount Olive Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.

I just heard your Mom passed away. We lived next door to you on Wascana St
I think you see Margaret, Elnora> So sorry to hear of her passing. My deepest sympathy to you all. I would have gone to the funeral, if I had known.
