Aunt Judy carried a light that never died and never will. I will miss that sparkle in her eyes and that beautiful smile . No matter the difficulties in her path , Judy NEVER spoke harshly of others-always appreciating the beauty a moment had to offer-something I find rare in a woman-something I respect so much in a human being. I WILL MISS THOSE MIDNIGHT BIRTHDAY CALLS!!!

Meemaw, i kno u werent my blood relative, but i thought of u as my family! I hadnt been to visit in yrs, and for that, i feel awful, and am very sorry! I was very lucky, and greatful, to have grown up across Hicks rd from u, and to have had u in my life! U will always be loved and missed, but never forgotten! I kno that u r in a better place. A place that one day sooner or later, we will all join and meet again! My deepest condolances, prayers, and sympathy goes out to ur family! I love and miss u all very much!!!

A candle for you, momma. Lord knows that she lit a many of candle for everyone else. No matter the cause, if she felt you needed prayer or was lost and needed guidance, mom would always light a candle. She said it was to help the lost and troubled souls find there way.

Just look around anywhere,
and that is where Judy will be.
For she is the daylight ,
when the sun starts to rise.
She is the bright rainbow,
you see with your eyes.
She is the tiny raindrops,
that sprinkle in the wind.
She is the dew that's on the ground,
and the quietness all around.
She is the peaceful summer breeze,
that flows softly through the trees.
She is the bluebird in the sky,
that sings with such ease.
Judy will always be here with you,
for there really is no end.
The sadness of death gives way to the bright promise of immortality.
Lord, for your faithful people life is changed, not ended. When the body of our earthly dwelling lies in death, we gain an everlasting dwelling in heaven.
Thanksgiving for the Life of the Deceased
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
who has blessed us all with the gift of this earthly life
and has given to our sister Judy her span of years and gifts of character
God our Father, we thank you now for all her life, for every memory of love and joy,
for every good deed done by her and every sorrow shared with us.
We thank you for her life and we thank you for the rest in Christ she now enjoys, we thank you for the glory we shall share together

Judy was a very kind person. We were friends from the neighborhood in Louisville. She and my sister Sue were close friends. Judy and my Mother shared the same birthday, and I would usually surprise her with a phone call or card on her birthday. She called me periodically, and we would talk for a long time. I enjoyed that very much. She had a great positive outlook on life. I will miss her. My thoughts are with all her family.

I could not have asked for a sweeter, kinder, more loving and giving Sister if I had asked for one! She was certainly one of a kind, because everyone who ever knew her loved her back. She will be missed. May the Lord grant her His eternal peace, and may He console all of us who knew and loved her.
