Dorothy Troutman Obituary
She was an inspector for P.S.C. and loved playing bingo and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Betty Clemons (Roger); sons, David Troutman (Susan), and Charles Troutman; grandchildren, Gary, David, Crystal, Shaun and Shaunda; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Her funeral service will be held 1p.m. Thursday at the Heady-Hardy funeral home, 7710 Dixie Hwy., with interment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be at the funeral home Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Mommo, was a very special person to me, she always treated me as if I was one of her grandkids...I was blessed to have known her for as long as I did, and thankful I got to see her when I was in town last month. I am sure her and my mom are up in heaven getting their dobbers ready for Bingo. To the Clemons family( my 2nd Family), you guys are in my thoughts and prayers, and I love you guys.

To the Clemons family, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I know this is a very difficult time, a time that we are never able to prepare ourselves for. Keep dear in your hearts all the fond memories that you shared. The wonderful Christmas boxes, the meals she would prepare, the time spent together. She is now in heaven and your angel.
