We will miss Bernie at our pancake breakfasts at Waterside Club. He sure did love them. Always got to take some home with him.
He was such an interesting man to talk to.
A true American man! His volunteering at the DeSoto National Memorial Park meant so much to him and we loved to talk to him there also. He has probably gone on to find a better place to volunteer at.
All that met him were blessed!

Bernie often visited our park (Waterside Club) for our pancake breakfasts. What a delightful man. Always had a smile and a kind word.
