While we never met her, by following you two on Facebook, we've learned alot about how you both were an awesome couple who valued each other! Somewhere I have a picture of Carrie sweeping me off my feet after a softball game at Waverly. She picked me up and I thought I was going to go flying! She was a great teammate. I have lots of memories of her with that same JOYous smile and personality. I pray that all who were blessed to know her will find their peace and comfort in Jesus.

Carrie , I am so sad to hear you are gone. I'm speechless. You will be so missed Donovan and I love you so much for what you did for our family. I am so sad that I missed the service - Carrie and I played volleyball together in high school and she drove me to school daily. Every memory I have of her has her beautiful smile shining. She was a beautiful, beautiful girl who grew into a beautiful woman.

Carrie's smiling face and enthusiasm for all things will not be forgotten. I remember the high-school age Carrie, smiling and walking down the halls of Waverly; she always seemed happy. My deepest sympathies go out to all of the many people who love her.

although life has taken us different directions, I will always remember the connection we made at the end of our senior year in detention when you forever made an impact on me. Enjoyed knowing Carrie the short time she was at the Health Department. I will miss Carrie and her greeting "Hello Darling" that always brought a smile when she came into my department. My prayers are with the family for your loss. We will miss here at the Health Department also.

Carrie Joy, I am going through so many emotions...shedding tears because of the pain, and then laughing at the memories. We had some good times! I will never forget them...ever, ever, ever. I was lucky to meet carrie many years ago and become her friend. I may not have seen her often, but with carrie, it didn't matter. I was witness to her angelic voice, and loving personality. I will always remember dancing with her at my wedding! She touched the lives of many, and will be forever loved. We will miss you carrie...

Carrie was such a bright light! She was so very positive, bringing much to our busy work environment. We will surely miss her. Her family is in our thoughts and prayers.

I was honored to know Carrie for less than six months but she brought brightness, humor and an awesome work ethic with her to our clinic. I had more fun working the last six months than I did the prior nineteen years and that is totally due to Carrie's spirit! My heart breaks for her family! She will be missed!

Carrie will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart...you could feel her love and joyful energy communicating with her on the internet and Facebook miles and miles away.
Although it's been a while since I'd actually seen Carrie, she'd always make you feel like it was only yesterday.

Jane and I had the good fortune to meet and know Carrie. What a caring loving person she was. We were lucky enough to spend quality time with Carrie, Brent and those beautiful children. We were truly honored to be present at their wedding on the Two Hearted River and again this last September when they returned to the U.P. to celebrate their first anniversary. Their loving relationship was an inspiration to all of us. We will always remember that last camp fire on the beach with the children having the time of their life swimming in Whitefish Bay. We had the best of times as the children sang and danced around the campfire. It is a life memory we will treasure forever.
