Somewhere I have a picture of Carrie sweeping me off my feet after a softball game at Waverly. She picked me up and I thought I was going to go flying! She was a great teammate. I have lots of memories of her with that same JOYous smile and personality. I pray that all who were blessed to know her will find their peace and comfort in Jesus.

Jane and I had the good fortune to meet and know Carrie. What a caring loving person she was. We were lucky enough to spend quality time with Carrie, Brent and those beautiful children. We were truly honored to be present at their wedding on the Two Hearted River and again this last September when they returned to the U.P. to celebrate their first anniversary. Their loving relationship was an inspiration to all of us. We will always remember that last camp fire on the beach with the children having the time of their life swimming in Whitefish Bay. We had the best of times as the children sang and danced around the campfire. It is a life memory we will treasure forever. Our deepest sympathy to to our dear, dear friend Brent and all the family & friends of Carrie. In loving memory; your "Yooper Family", Dave & Jane Grondin.
