Dan Bassar Obituary

Dan Bassar Lansing Dan Bassar, 63, died at his home on Monday, April 5, 2010 after a short battle with lung cancer. Dan was born December 30, 1946 in Jackson, Michigan. He was employed by AT&T of Santa Cruz, California for 28 years. He had recently retired to his home state of Michigan prior to his death. He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Doris, his father, John, and a brother, Keith (Joanne) all of Lansing, as well as his brother, John (Elizabeth) of Lakewood, California, and his brother, Philip (Mary) of Las Vegas, Nevada. He is also survived by three nephews, Andrew, Michael and Mathew, all of Grand Ledge, Michigan and one niece Annemarie Hodges of East Lansing Dan has donated his body to Michigan State University. No services will be held. Donations may be made to a local hospice.

I am so sorry for what you all had to go through and for the loss of Dan. He will be greatly misses as one of the very dear brothers, Andy's uncles to me.
