I met Ryan through a mutual friend, and we hung out only a few times, but I cannot express how much he truely did effect my life. I didn't even realize it until this moment. He was an amazing person and a smile that could make you happier by just seeing it. I am deeply sorry for your loss. He will always be in my thoughts, I can't imagine how this life will be without him. He was a person that no one could ever forget. You all are in my thoughts during this time.

i'm so sorry for your loss, Ryan was such a kind, loving, happy guy. Always making people laugh, living life to the fullest. I still can't believe he's gone, many of us will never understand why. But he is in a better place now, our guardian angel, watching us from up above!

I didn't know Ryan until 4th grade when I moved from A lansing school to Grand Ledge schools. He was a great guy. He had a great smile. And I am glad that he graduated with me for 2007 seniors. I pray for your family and miss him dearly.

Mike and I just met you a few weeks ago at Crystal Lake - Denny & Glenna's cottage - sitting around their kitchen table talking about "everything" including children and families. What a wonderful family you are. We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your son, Ryan. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. I never had the pleasure of meeting Ryan in person, however when i did see him at school he always was happy and excited to be with his friends. I cant imagine how hard it can be to loose such an outstanding human being such as him. However, I can tell you he is smiling down from heaven and looking over his loving family and friends. I graduated high school with Ryan. I did not know him as well as others but from what I knew of him he was a genuine type of guy and a great sense of humor. He always knew how to make people laugh and to look on the good side of a bad situation. He has touched a lot of peoples lives and has made a difference in them. it doesn't seem fair that the world keeps turning and lives continue.
my childhood friend is gone and i will never see what he would've become.. knowing for a fact it would've been something great.
