We are so sorry to see the loss of Tim. We go back to grade school flag football which he played & my husband was his coach & our 2 sons playing with him. I can remember his Dad & myself running up & down the sidelines while the boys were playing & we were the nervous parents as if they were out for an NFL team. What fun & great memories. Tim will always be in our memories as such a great kid that he was & now he is in Heaven with our son Bob.
Old friends from long ago.

I worked with Sparky (Tim) for a short 13 years. Tim was a great person to have as your partner/co-worker. Tim was very quiet at work but there was one thing you knew about him and that was he loved his wife and daughter very much. You could see the "glow" in his face when he spoke of them. Tim will be greatly missed by everyone in Detention at LPD. Lunch won't quite be the same without seeing Tim eating his sandwich, chips, "ho-ho" and drinking his Coke.

Kelli, Gabrielle, Joyce, Evelyn,
You are in my thoughts and prayers. Cousin Tim was indeed a very special man. The moments I shared with him were overflowing with a quiet delight. Although leaving the family and friends who love him much too soon, his gentle spirit will remain within the hearts of all he touched.

Kelli and Gabby, we wish you strength, hope and most of all our support in the days to come. This is a time of grief and sorrow, but it is also a time to remember the love the two of you shared with Tim. You have some very special memories and they should be held very close to your heart. Wonderful memories are what will give you a smile on your face in the months and years to come. Tim was a very special person and will be missed dearly by me and your uncle, especially when deer hunting season comes, Tim was always close by to help old "Unk" in the woods and help him when he got that BIG BUCK!! Our thoughts and prayers are with you always.
Love, Unk and Aunt Ann

I went to school with Tim K-12 and he was truely a gentleman. Very soft spoken but always polite and just a really nice guy. I can remember playing pool over at Dennis Dalrymple's house and Tim always joining in the fun. My Condolences to The Sample Family.

I didn't know Tim very well. However, he was the brother of Joyce and Evelyn, whom I know well. I can only remember hearing about what a fine man Tim was and how very much he loved his daughter, Gabby. And, being a good father is a stong legacy to leave her with. My heart nearly breaks when I think of Gabby without her father during her teenage years. I also know that Gabby's father will be watching over her always and continuing to guide her through his great love for his daughter. My husband and I send our condolences and sympathy to Kelli and Gabby. Tim leaves his mark on Earth with his goodness and faithfulness to the Police Department and most of all his love for his family. You will be in our thoughts and prayers. Most sincerely, David and Ruth Berlien (sister and sister-in-law to Rod and Evelyn Baker)
