In November of 1946, she was married to Edgar Guy White. Pauline lived with her family in Lakewood from 1955 to 1985. In 1985, they moved into the town of Madison.
Pauline will be remembered as a meticulous housekeeper who enjoyed entertaining friends at her home. She also loved music and dancing.
Pauline was predeceased by her husband, Edgar Guy White; and brothers Donald , Philip and Richard Miller.
She is survived by a daughter, Torey (White) Spencer, and her husband, Roger, of Canaan; a son, Floyd B. White, of Waterville; a granddaughter, Emmy A. Spencer, of Stanford University, Palo Alto, Calif.; her siblings, Joan Tibbetts of Connecticut, Virginia Hayden of Madison, Lawrence Miller and wife Mary of Norridgewock, and Lucille Kahawaiolaa and husband Frenchie of Connecticut; sisters-in-law, Hazel and Christine Miller; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family would also like to express many thanks to her extended families and friends at Cedar Ridge Center. She will be greatly missed by all.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 7, at Giberson Funeral Home, 40 Maple St., in Madison, with the Rev. Mark Tanner officiating. Interment will occur in Forest Hill Cemetery in Madison.

My deepest sympathies in the loss of your Mom, Torey. She was part of the fond memories that I have of living on Naomi Ave in Lakewood..She had a great sense of humor & I enjoyed talking with her.
