JUDY DE BOW Obituary

Judy De Bow Passed away in Roseville, CA October 17, 2010 after a long illness. Judy was born in New York in 1929. She moved to San Francisco, CA in 1947 where she met her husband Fred De Bow. They moved to San Rafael in 1962 and in 1965 opened their first Coffee Etc. at the newly built Northgate Mall. Throughout the years they opened four additional Coffee, Etc.'s in Napa, Santa Rosa, Petaluma and Incline Village. After many years of hard work, Fred and Judy retired to Sonoma County. After the death of her husband Fred in 1993, Judy moved to San Mateo. Judy spent her retirement years traveling to places such as China, Turkey, Indonesia and Costa Rica. Judy is survived by her three children Shelley Smith (Morgan), Howard De Bow (Dennis), and Jill De Bow-Kirk (Dave) along with her two grandchildren Jordan Smith and Ashlynn Kirk, her sister Frances Land and many other relatives. Donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
