Charlotte M. Stout
Charlotte M. Stout, 91, of Allentown, who is loved by many and will be sadly missed, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2011, in her home. She will be joining her husband, Henry A. Stout, whom preceded her in death in 1989. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Elsie (Bogert) Bodman. She was a member of St. Peters Evangelical Lutheran Church, Allentown. Charlotte was a Floor Supervisor for the former H.L. Green 5 & 10 Department Store, and later the former McCrorys 5 & 10. She was a graduate of Allen High School, was a member of Rittersville Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary, enjoyed bowling and playing bingo. Survivors: Daughter, Sandra Edwards of Allentown; son, Henry Stout, III of New Tripoli, sister, Patricia Klein; grandchildren, Stephanie Ardle, Stacey Sabol, Sheryl Kalman, Michelle Regec, Henry Stout, IV., and Mellisa Stout; 11 great-grandchildren; and 1 great- great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Banks. Services: 11 a.m., Thursday, Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 17th & Hamilton Streets, Allentown. Call 10 to 11 a.m., Thursday, in the funeral home. Interment in Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the church, 1933 Hanover Ave., Allentown, PA , 18109, or to the American Lung Association, 2121 City Line Rd., Bethlehem PA 18017.

My sympathy goes out to Charlotte's family. My Mom and Charlotte were great firehouse and neighborhood buddies. We all had a good time on the Rittersville ladies auxillary bowling team. Charlotte was fun to be around. Please accept my sincere condolences.
