Henry Zane

Resident of Los Gatos

Born June 10, 1922 in Wellesley, Mass. Attended Worchester Tech, graduated from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and Babson College. Served in World War II as Chief Engineer and Lt. in the US Navy in the Atlantic and Pacific areas including Okinawa. Later served in US Merchant Marine transporting vital supplies under the Marshall Plan to Bremen, Germany and Le Harve, France. Founder and owner for 30 years of Hamilton and Meridian Insurance Associates of San Jose. Predeceased by daughter Marcia Kleypas. Survived by wife Elsa, son Paul and wife Corrine and two granddaughters Jillian and Rebecca. Sisters Virginia Fegan and Edith Nanniceili of Massachusetts and Rita Long of Florida. And son-in-law Robert Kleypas of Idaho.

Services to be held at Darling-Fischer Mortuary on 615 N. Santa Cruz Ave. Los Gatos at 11 AM Thursday 11-11-10.
