Born Sept. 24, 1931 went to his rest Nov. 15, 2010.
He was preceded in death my his first wife, Jean, and his oldest son, Scott. He is survived by his second wife, Dolores, and his 3 children, Jeff & Brian Hutchins and Linda Fullmer, 5 grandchildren, Petty Officer First Class Bruce Fullmer of USN, Staff Sergeant Matthew Fullmer of the USAF, Daniel Fullmer and Kristian and Michael Hutchins, two great grandchildren, Layla and Ryan Fullmer, and loving step-children.
Bill was born in Sandersville, Georgia. When he was 15 he joined the Army and attended West Point. Bill joined Lockheed Martin Corporation in 1954 and worked there for over 35 years. He moved to California in 1958 and never left. He loved California and enjoyed over the years being a guide to his friends and family. His passions included a good game of bridge, Military history, and family. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to your favorite charity in his memory.

What a wonderful cousin he was to me when he met me in Sandersville and gave me a tour for 4 days of family history. He will be truly missed by you all which he spoke of highly.

Pop was a sweetie. We are so grateful to him for the love he gave to my mother. He made her Happy. Our deepest sympathy to everyone. Remember Momma, he's not hurting anymore. We love you.

"Dad" as I called him was the best stepfather. He listen to me whenever I called or flew in. He never said an unkind word to any of us six kids of Delores and was always there for us.
