Resident of Suisun City
Passed away peacefully on November 17, 2010. Dearly beloved daughter of Terrence and Linda Baillargeon and Kayle and Ann Evans. Survived by a son Casey Evans. Loving sister of Beverly and Jillian Baillargeon. Survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2010, from 1:00pm-3:00pm with a service at 2:00pm at Nauman Lincoln Roos Mortuary, 322 Maple Ave., S.S.F., CA 94080. Nauman Lincoln Roos

Rosa, I am so sad that someone as sweet and wonderful as you has left this earth. I am very sorry we never got to see each other recently! I will always have our memories as children playing on our campsite! I have very fond memories of us. :) I am sure you are at peace now and in no more pain. Your family is in my thoughts in prayers always! Fly high Angel Rosa!

Rosa has been such a joy. Her life illuminated the lives of all whom she knew. Her laugh, her sense of humor, and her devotion to the world she lived in and the people in it made her so very special to me and all who knew her. Our love and prayers follow you as your creator beckons you into His presence. You will always live in our memories, hearts, and lives.
