Resident of San Jose
In San Jose, Nov. 8, 2010, Allen F. Rushane, beloved husband of the late Shirley Rushane. Devoted father of Gary (Jane) Rushane, Ken (Cindi) Rushane, Denise Faria and the late Abel Faria. Grandfather of Josh (Krista), Jeremy (Petcha), Mike (Egle), Jenny, and Chris Faria. Great-Grandfather of Emilee, Eli, Alyssa, and Izabele Rushane. Sister in law, Beverly Wells, and her children, Bill, Doug, Liz, and Becky. Graduated from San Jose High School Class of 1947, Active Naval Reserves, SeeBees and a member of the Musician's Union #153. A native of Rhode Island. Age 80.
Friends are invited to attend visitation on Thurs. Nov, 11, 2010 from 5pm to 9pm at the Chapel of the SAN JOSE FUNERAL SERVICE, 1050 S. Bascom Ave. SJ. Graveside Services Fri. Nov. 12, 2010 at 12:30pm at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, San Jose. Donations to the American Cancer Society preferred.

My Dad had the kindest heart... he was good to everyone he met. He gave generously to many of those who never gave back.. and he was ok with that.. he was kind ... all the way to the bone.

Your Dad and Mom were very, very special people in my life and I will miss him so very much. There were always laughs, smiles, wonderful stories, history lessons and wonderful food when we would visit. These are things many of us will never forget and I feel so lucky to have had them as part of my life. My love and prayers go to all of you.
