My Darlin Son,
Happy Birthday :)
I cannot get use to the idea that you are not going to call me or leave me your sweet little text's to brighten my day. There is a void in my life that I know will never get filled. Happy Birthday and I hope that you had a Party in Heaven to top all the Birthdays you ever had here on Earth. I know you are surrounded by all your family and friends that have passed over and they are reaping the benefits of your big heart and unconditional love. I look in the night sky and the Star that is the brightest I know is you! I imagine you looking down and watching over all of us with your beautiful smile. Missing and loving you, till we see each other again

Hey John. I miss you my good friend. And I've always considered you one of my best friends. I've been thinking a lot about you lately. I miss hearing your crazy laugh and the way you said, "Awe Common," and then laughed when you didn't agree with something. I will greatly miss hearing from you. We had a lot of fun in the studio and out. Sorry I couldn't write something here till now, but it was just too hard for me to come to this page. I remember talking with Solomon on the phone one day when you 2 lived together and hearing a door open in the background and you saying, "oh Damn" and laughing, "Awe man, Dude" and then Solomon asked what's wrong and you replied, "Dude I just accidentally flushed my Beeper down the Toilet," and then you started laughing again. Solomon and I started cracking up. For a few weeks we mouthed under water beeper sounds and laughed, hey J, there's your beeper. Bloop, Bloop, bil Lil, Lil loop. I heard this song today and started thinking about you.

Your a great person with a big heart and always with a big smile on our face. You were always positive and willing to try and to push to and make your dreams happen. I have great respect for that! You always talked about how much you loved and respected your Mom and Dan and how much you loved your sisters, nieces and nephews.
All who knew you were better for having you in their lives.
My parents, brother and I love you and you will never be forgotten. You've always been considered family, and to me, like a brother. Thanks for being such a great friend.
Love you bro, your friend for ever
Eric

Yo J! You comin correct? Dude where do I start? From the early days of Twice As Nice and you and I clowning on Vampire Meat Feet, Dana Washington's gout while in route to the studio . The crazy passion and energy you showed at every show we did big and small (Players). New Year's Eve 91' with Big Mike, the cheap Cadillac limo and sneaking me into DB Coopers! Living in a one bedroom apartment together and you leaving all of our towels in the washroom so they can be stolen! (I think I had to dry off with my t-shirt that week) The greatest college show on KSJS in the 90s, The King and J show. The gig I got you at KEZR where news came back that someone was eating all of the Healthy Choice meals out of the company freezer during the overnights (LOL). Man I can go on and on and on.
You were a big part of my life my growing up..."It's all about Growing Up!" (sorry had to do it haha!). I will never forget all the awesome times we shared together...Thank you for being my friend, my MC and my brother.

Love you forever bro!

To my sweet brother. I love you and miss you every day. If I am very quiet I can hear yourcrazy laugh, and it makes me smile from ear to ear. I have had so many special moments but one stands out right now...On one of our many trips to Wal-mart we were browsing and talking about all the housewares we'd love to have and some crazy song came on, and before we knew it we were both bustin' a move and cracking up so hard we could hardly breathe. Everybody else was looking at us like we were nuts and that made it that much funnier that I was freaking on a clothing rack. There is no one my brother that could make fun of me....piss me off... then make me keel over laughing like you. You will forever be in my heart, and one day we will be together again.. BFF's. xoxo JB and JB...
