Sally and all the Welch Family,

I was blessed to have known and worked with "Hank Welch" during his time with Rogers and Gray. I learned so much that has served me so well from this gentle and kind man. Sharing our Irish heritage was only one of the many things that Hank helped me appreciate. He adored his wife and I am comforted by the thought he is now with his beloved Carol. Hank will be missed greatly by those who knew him, but he will be missed more by those who will never have the opportunity to know him. Rest in peace, my old friend!
