Yolanda Charlton Obituary

YOLANDA REGINA CHARLTON 1956 ~ 2010 Yolanda Regina Charlton passed away October 24, 2010 in Modesto, California at the age of 53 years. Yolanda was born to Ray and Eva Cable in Plattsburg, New York on November 10, 1956. She was a resident of Merced for 43 years and worked as a Bilingual Instructional Aide for the Merced County Office of Education for 15 years. She is survived by her husband, Clarence Charlton; mother, Eva Cable; sons, David Adam Charlton, Carlos Edward Charlton and Tony Steven Charlton; sister, Carmen Aida Goodrich and granddaughter, Athena Lorese Charlton. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at12:00 p.m. with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1080 West Yosemite Avenue, Merced, California. Burial will follow at Merced District Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home. www.modbee.com/obituaries

Clarence and family, we were so sorry and upset to read about Yolanda's accident and then her passing. Ed has a doctor appointment in Fresno tomorrow at 11:15 so we are hoping to make the services, but just in case want you and the family to know how very sorry we are and that ours prayers are with you.
