From one of the W. Boothbay Harbor (ME, US) Andrews-- here is a boatload of condolences to the survivors of dear Hugh. My memories go back 55 years to his (through Jane's mother) family cottage just up the small hill from our cottage, and the very well worn path between them. --and then fast forward to the past 25 years and the wonderful if brief visits shared on "the point." I am sad to know this most helpful, enthusiastic and appreciative man has passed. Best wishes to Jane and to all Hugh's immediate and extended family and his friends. --Kit Andrews

Our family spent many wonderful days with the Norsworthys in Maine. Hugh was always kind and patient with us children, an impressively gentle father to us all. He helped us with water-skiing, sailing and general social activities. He was very engaged as a parent and we children adored him.
Later he and Jane, seemingly always a pair, were very thoughtful and loving to my mother Lally Murray, when she got Alzheimers. They even made what must have been an arduous trip to Montreal to see Lally a week before she passed away. My deepest sympathy to a wonderful family – Gordie, Tom, Jane, Carol and Susie. Love Madeleine

To the Norsworthy Family:
This is a poor replacement for a proper note but my sincere condolences. A gentle man and a gentleman- A Good life well lived.
My thoughts go back 50 years and then some to Roslyn, Binker, the lazy Susan and later Dunvegan Road. This is very poorly written but the feelings behind it are heartfelt and sincere
To Mrs. Norsworthy, Gordon, Carol, Susan, and my old best Friend Tommy I send my love
Campbell
