To the family of John,
John & I went to High School together at Chomedy High, and played some music together. I meet John again last year and he sold my house and helped me buy our new one. John was a gentlemen and he projected to everyone that he was a polished diplomat and his strength was he knew how to address himself and project to others as a kind considerate person who 1st cares for what he does and for the best interest of his clients and friends. I am in shock of his passing as I just found out he died in September. I will greatly miss him as he was a true friend, and a great business man who cared for his family, and everyone he touched.
I'll miss you buddy rest in piece.

He was my teacher and then my colleague, it was always a pleasure to attend his class, I learned his way of drafting and he reached me how to get out of trouble and fallow success, he was my mentor and my goal and I hate to use past tense about him! God may rest him in peace, AMIN!

My deepest condolences to the Ferko Family and friends. John was a committed teacher at College de l'Immobilier for 20 years. He was inspiring and wanted his students to be successful real estate brokers. He would say "I'm a little tough because tough is good!" John, your colleagues will miss your smile and laughter. Thank you for all those years at College.
