1933 - 2016
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Chow Ng on Saturday, January 16 at the age of 82. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family after a brave and hard-fought battle with cancer. Devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, Chow was deeply loved and was a true inspiration on how to enjoy a happy life surrounded by laughter and good food. Always a loyal person, he was a pillar of support to family members and to his community. He will be dearly missed by all those who loved and knew him. He is survived by his wife Shuet King Lau, his daughters Shukling Ng, Sauching Ng, Pao San Bo McElheron, son-in-law Derrick William McElheron, grandson Jonathan Daniel Ho Yin McElheron, granddaughter Julianna Huguette Ho Mei McElheron, son Honkit Ng, daughter-in-law Moeko Sanada, and granddaughter Hana Sanada Ng. Visitation will take place at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 1640 Boul Cote-Vertu, St-Laurent, QC (514) 331-1104 on Saturday, January 23 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. followed by eulogies. My condolences to the entire Ng family. It is hard to lose a parent but try to stay strong during this sad time. Keep remembering all the cherished moments you had together. He will continue to live on forever in your hearts and memories.
