I worked with Sgt Lohan when I was a young cop at the GWB. HE WAS A GREAT GUY TO WORK WITH. HE MADE COMING TO WORK FUN. HE NAMED US “The young Turks”. He never hurt anyone. He was a bright guy and a level headed police officer. I liked him a lot. Be proud of him. He loved Italy and traveled there often. I miss you brother. You were like a father to us young guys who needed direction.
