MATHERLY, Albert "Allen" 1946-2015 Passed away March 23, 2015. Albert Allen Matherly (known to all as Allen, Al, Mic and baby name Mickey). Allen was born May 7, 1946 in Chewelah, Washington to Elsie and Roy Matherly. He graduated in 1964 and was drafted to the U.S. Army during Vietnam Conflict. He had one brother, four sisters, and many treasured nephews and nieces. Allen is survived by his sister, Lorretta (Twick) and William Oydaski of Deer Park, Washington, and his sister Linda and Robert Cahill of Spokane, Washington. Allen "Dad" is survived by his sons Cliff Matherly (Kelley), Andrew Matherly (Angie), his baby son Edward Matherly (Jaymi). He is blessed with three grandsons, Andrew, Avery and Jamesyn, and six granddaughters, Jordyn, Ayden, Hallye, Aly, Addisyn, and baby Kaedyn. Allen was preceded in death by his father Roy and his mother Elsie, a brother, Harold, and sisters Erma and Rita. Allen loved his family, spending time hunting, camping, and had a great love for old hotrods. He will be loved forever! Memorial Service for family and friends will be held on March 25, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Longhouse in Wellpinit, Washington.
