Andrea, Dick and Robb:
We were so shocked and saddened to hear about Alex. We remember him when he was a young Scout in Puyallup - a cute little blonde haired boy, so full of energy!
You have our prayers.
In Peace,

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.

Dear Minneman Family, I was sadden to hear the news of your loss. I will always remember the great times Alex ,Sean, and Garrod shared playing video game. I too remember the pot holders you made me,I use them daily. Know that my thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort. Alex has touched all of our lives in so many ways and will be dearly missed.

I would just like to extend my thoughts and prayers to Alex's family. I went to Emerald Ridge High School with Alex and graduated the same year he did. I did not know him personaly, but we did share the same group of friends. He was a wonderful person, loving funny, caring and just a joy to be around. He made everyone smile that he spoke to, never caused trouble. Alex was just an all around guy and will be loved and missed by everyone that his heart has touched. I am very sorry for your loss,...

To Mr. & Mrs. Minneman & Family,

My Alex (Samuels) was home on Friday from college when we were watching the news. Shock and grief suddenly struck us by the news on TV. We actually had to call Art Wegner to see if we actually heard what we didn't want to hear. Alex (Samuels) shed tears in disbelief. They grew up in scouts together. I remember your Alex from scouts and have a happy memory with both Alex's in our Suburban going to a Scout activity and were cutting up, as usual. My...

THE NEWS OF YOUR LOSS HITS HARD TO THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY. WE HAVE LOST ONE OF THE GREATEST YOUNG MEN I HAVE EVER BEEN BLESSED KNOWING. ALEX LEAVES A LARGE SIGNATURE IN THE WORLD OF SCOUTING AND IN THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY THAT WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN, ONLY REMEMBERED WITH LOVING SMILES AND MEMORIES. HE SHOWED EVERYONE WHAT SCOUTING IS ALL ABOUT AND TRUELY LIVED BY THE LAW, OATH AND CODE. ALEX MADE EVERYONE AROUND HIM SMILE AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO ABOVE.

MY DEEPEST SIMPATHY TO YOU AND YOUR...

Dear Dick, Andrea, and Robb,

We were in Poulsbo Christmas shopping when we saw Zach on the phone, waving us across the street. I knew immediately that something was very wrong~we cried, huddled together on the sidewalk not believing the news.

We foundly remember Alex's Eagle project in the snow, moving Fruitcake Lodge, rebuilding the COPE building, and helping build all 3 pole buildings with Alex. He worked with energy and a smile on his face.

Alex was a good friend...

Our prayers are with you during this time of grief over such an unexpected loss of Alex, our Godchild.
