Not sure what to say?

Alexis was someone that you want in your life. I always enjoyed talking to her about sports and surfing, her positivity view of the world and her smile brightens everyone’s day. Alexis and I were in some of the same classes and partners in gym class. There was a few girls in the Advance PE class that were athletic and could do all the activities well. It was nice to know someone that enjoyed athletics as much as I do.

Alexis was a nice, funny, smart, caring, athletic, beautiful...

thinking of you Lex, you were such an amazing girl with an electric energy. prayers to you and your family. continue to shine.

I think of your family often. My heart goes out to your family. My son knew Alexis from school and as a parent my heart aches for you. Alexis seemed like a beautiful person inside and out.

Kathleen, I want to reiterate how incredibly sorry I am to hear about your daughter. My thoughts are with you and your family through this very difficult time.

Kathleen, I am so very sorry to hear about your dear daughter. My deepest symphathy and love to you and yours as you walk this bitter road. Our prayers are with you ...

My heart aches, and a drowsy numbness pains my sense ... (Keats)...third row, third seat; and a smile whenever we would meet..."And what are we doing today, Mr. Beck," she said. "Something very important," I said. "I can't wait," she said. She threw back her hair, and we laughed.

Kathleen....I just heard....I am so sorry. There are no words, but you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family during this time. May God comfort you. My sister told me the news and it was heartbreaking.

Hi Gerland Family,
I am so sorry about your lost. Alexis was a great young lady, she was always in a good mode, athletic, and outgoing. She reminded me as the Soul Surfer always postive and nice to everyone. Alexis was a great partner to have during AP Gym at W.C. East High School. My mom called me this morning about the heartbreaking news.
Stay Strong Gerland Family!
