I am the oldest daughter of Gobel Reed originally from Paris, Ky and I want to say how sorry I was to hear of the passing of Billy. He was a good friend of Daddy's and I have heard about the infamous Billy Claypool all my life. My Dad used to tell us stories about Billy. He told us he made friends with Billy because Billy was "bad" and Daddy wanted him on his side. When those 2 got together, it was so much fun to see them...they carried on so. The last time I seen Billy was when Daddy passed...
