Carolyn Walker Obituary
Knoxville, TN
Carolyn Walker, 81 years young, went peacefully to be with Jesus May 19, 2016 at 10:15 p.m., with family by her side.
Preceding her in death was her parents, Lewis and Margaret Bunch; brother, Donnie Bunch of Williamsburg, KY; and great-granddaughter, Marsha Diane Walker. She leaves behind her loving husband of 65 years, Preacher Ballard I. Walker, Jr.; sons, G.W. Walker (special lady, Gina Kidd) and Larry James (Mildred) Walker; grandsons, Leon Duane and Derek Lewis Walker; great-granddaughters, Maddison and Taylnn Walker; great-grandson, Zeillin Allen Beverly; nieces, Tracie and Kayla Bunch also of Williamsburg, KY. A special thanks to Covenant Hospice and Gina Kidd for their special care.
The family will receive 6:00-8:00 p.m., Monday at Weaver's Chapel with the service to follow at 8:00 p.m. Rev. Allen Massengill officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1:15 p.m., Tuesday at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on John Sevier Hwy. for a 1:30 p.m. interment. Condolences may be left at www.weaverfuneralservices.com.
