I am so sorry to be so late to extend my sympathies. I now live in Florida and just checked the obituaries in the Sentinel. I knew Charlene for years working at Fallon/Reliant Medical Group. She was by far one of my favorite patients. I will forever cherish the Snowman she made me from socks. She was my "little friend" and we often spoke of going to Hawaii for a visit together. I loved hearing her stories.
