I met Chuck at Sperry Marine. We spent time talking about our hobbies and interest. Nascar, his boat, and his new home. I could see the pride in his eyes when talking about his interest. It has been my honor and privilege to know Chuck, I will hold the talks we had close to my heart always.

Chuck was a fine gentleman. He will be sorely missed by all his co-workers and friends at Sperry in Charlottesville. My deepest sympathy. God Bless all.

I met Chuck at Sperry Marine. Chuck and I both completed careers in the Navy and shared a common interest in NASCAR. It was an honor and a privilege to know Chuck, and I will treasure the time spent with him. Fair winds, and following seas shipmate!

Chuck was intensely and deservedly proud of his Naval Service. He was the epitome of a Surface Warfare Officer and was a friend who could be relied upon in any circumstance. He will be missed. I extend my sincere condolences to Carolyn and their family.
