Darrell Hammit Obituary
Darrell is survived by his fiancée Jeanne Johnson, his daughters Sara Lara, and Savanna Marquez. His dogs Shadow, Jake, Missy and Road Dog Buddy Ray. His brother Dave Hammit, his sister Lisa Popejoy and his best friend Denny Ray Popejoy.
He is preceded in death by his wife Aurora Marquez Hammit, His sons Michael and Wade Hammit.
There will be a Memorial Service on August 5, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at New Hope Church, located at 2150 Cherry Ave, Merced California. The Black Sheep will lead the ride after the service and repast.
Arrangements under the direction of Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home, Merced, CA.

It's been many years since I was Darrell's sister-in-law. I am so sorry to hear of his passing too young. My heartfelt sympathy to his family. Also my apologies I was unable to attend his service, just had too many patients to cancel on short notice. Sincerely, Meryl Elaine Raines
