I didn't know Devan long but in the short time that I did work with him, I saw a compassionate and dedicated man who worked hard to treat people right. Devan, I remember how great of a student you were for me at Dayton View Academy. You were the student I could always depend upon. I loved when your mom would come visit and get things done for us. You were my angel and will be forever. I always told you that you'd leave a lasting impression with anyone you'd meet because you had a personality that was joyful.
