Edward Henry Reich, 54 of Nyack, New York. Adoring husband of Maria Stratigakes Reich, devoted father to Dylan, Tori, Nicholas and Jake Reich. Loving son to Richard and Virginia Reich. Beloved brother of Debbie Reich Guarino (Tony) and Melissa Reich Broughton. Proud uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at Higgins Funeral Home, 321 S. Main St., New City, NY, on Wednesday August 2, 2017 at 11am. The interment will be private.

While I didn't know Edward, I wanted to share with you how remarkable your sons, Nicky and Jake were at camp following the tragedy. I am the drama specialist and working with your boys was an honor. They are intelligent, kind, positive, responsible and cute as can be. Nicky was unable to perform his part and said he hated to let me down. Wow! I was shocked at the maturity. Jake rose to the occasion and fulfilled his stage crew duties beautifully. I was so impressed with both of them. I told them I am a "forever friend" and I mean it.
