Effie Heath Obituary

Graveside service for Effie "Nita" Heath, 80, will be 2 p.m. Monday, February 6, 2017 at Maple Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Thom Harrison officiating. Mrs. Heath passed away Thursday in Jacksonville. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Melvin "MC" Heath; five daughters, Darlene Parker (Danny), Janice Humphries (Gerald), Kathy McCormick, Tammy Deese and Donna Johnson (Tyrone); one surviving sister, Shirley Rounds; seventeen grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren (and two on the way); eight great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be her grandsons. She was a rose amongst the thorns. She loved the Lord and preached his word. Rest in peace Nita, we were friends and school buddies for many years and had some good times .
and were suppose to have a double wedding, and you and MC couldn't get your marriage liscense or something like that can not remember all the details then I left Anniston moved to Montgomery and lost touch.
