My Sweet Kris, our Fifth Daughter! Our hearts ache with you at the loss of our sweet "Son" of our heart. We have so much love and so many blessings because of Eric -- a very important part of our lives. Please know that every moment of every day YOU are in our hearts. Eric was my college roommate in 1982 and 1983 at UTSA. We lived in his uncle's house near USAA. We had a great time, and visited each other's families. I see that he lived a full life and was blessed with a family. We are very saddened at this premature loss.

I knew Eric for two years during my time at TMI. I was much younger and a new kid to the dorms. Eric was always nice to me and always had a good sense of humor. That mattered then and it matters now. I am so sorry for your loss. My husband and I knew Eric when he was a student at UTSA and were quite fond of him. I have thought of him often throughout the years; the tragedies he had to endure and I am so glad that he had the time that he did with you. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time.
