Sorry to hear of Fran,s passing. Condolences and prayers to his family.

Pat and Linda,
We are very sorry to hear of your father's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.

Fran was an amazing man. He was a close friend of my mom and stepfather. His wife Buffy is an extraordinary woman. My heart breaks that she is now alone. Fran was definitely her soul mate and the love they shared is an inspiration to others. May God make his presence know to Buffy and bring her and Fran's family some peace during their grief.

Pat and Linda,

My Sincerest Condolences on your loss. What a great guy as when we were kids pedaling papers to your house your Dad ALWAYS took the time to stop and talk to myself and my buddy news carrier Dan. We tagged him the best COP and adult ; he was cool. Well God Bless and you are in my prayers...

Buffy, Fran and you were a special couple, and always will be.

Peace to you and the entire family. You're in my thoughts.

I worked with Fran for many years at JCPD. I saw him last year and we had a nice conversation at that time. Condolences to his family. RIP
