Of Scituate, Feb. 20, age 72. Loving husband of Christine Osborne-Padula and the late Phyllis Kearney. Devoted father of Clare Pabian and her husband Mike of Bedford, Colonel Richard Regan and his wife Donna of Okinawa, Japan, Patrick Regan and his wife Tracy of Greenwich, London, Phyllis Regan of Manchester, NH. Step-father of Antoinette and Candace Padula of Quincy, Kirk and Jacquelyn Sundburg of Holbrook. Brother of William Regan of Foxboro and Richard Regan of FL. Grandfather of Michael and Brian Pabian, Patrick and Cash Regan. Brother-in-law of Steve and Clare Moraglia, Jane Regan, Elaine Regan and John and Sharon Osborne. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd, SCITUATE, Sat. Feb. 24 at 9AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary of the Nativity Church, Scituate at 10AM. Burial in Cudworth Cemetery, Scituate. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 PM.
