Carolyn, George was truely a wonderful man and friend. I am so glad that Jeff and I had the opportunity to spend time with him in his final days. He will be missed by all.

Carolyn, you know, there are no words that are known to man, that can help ease your loss. Trust in the fact that George loved you, deeply, and was afraid not for himself, but for YOU.
I can still see the smile on his face when we came to sing Happy
Birthday, he knew......he knew......

Carolyn, I was deeply grieved to hear Ed Hardin that George has passed away. He was truly a great man and one that did so much for so many people.
George gave me my first job after I left Rust to form Hoff & Associates so he has a special place in my memories. I have many pleasant memories of our association.
May God be with you in these days of sorrow.
