We are very sorry to hear of George's passing. Not seeing him at Dixon's muzzleloading fair this year lead us to worry, only to find out on our return that he has left us. We will dearly miss him. We wish you peace dear friend.

George and I have been brother-in -laws for over 30 years,I have neverseen him lose control or have anger since I have known him.He had more God given talent then anyone I have ever seen, I loved working with him, going shooting with him, listening to his jokes and watching him snore.Every time I hold the rifle he made for me I will think of all these things and never forget him, he will always be in my heart. George was the best father-in-law any guy could ask for. I considered him my brother and closest friend.
He loved his sons and daughter more than anyone imagined. This was made painfully clear while going through his apartment. Everything from hand crafted ashtrays made in elementary school, on up through their highschool days and college years was found. Anything associated with his kids, he kept. George always loved his kids, even if they had their differences.
